The how to buy stocks in pse Board is collectively responsible for the long-term sustainable success of the Group, the delivery of sustainable value to its shareholders and contributing to wider society. The Board’s role is to provide leadership of how to buy stocks in pse within a framework of prudent and effective controls which enables risk to be assessed and managed.
The Board oversees the Group’s corporate governance, and this is explained fully in the annual report. The Board has delegated certain responsibilities to four Board committees: the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Risk Committees. Full details of their responsibilities can be found below.
